white cat in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania For Sale

I found a white cat outside of my house last winter i took her in but i cant keep her! She is more of an outside cat but she comes in when she wants to i live next to, 2 busy streets i dont want her to get hit. I think she would be more of a house cat if i didnt have dogs they chase her and dont like her at all.
