Domestic Short Hair - White - Sensa - Medium - Young - Female
Sweet Sensa is a one year old white cat with adorable dalmatian gray spots. She was found scared in a basement with her kitten. Sensa would like to be the only pet and is gentle and interactive. She will greet you like a puppy and sit right by your side and give nose kisses. She has chipped teeth and a malformed left paw, but Sensa is anything but broken. Please give her a chance. Sensa is in foster care via ACCT Philly. She is spayed, vaccinated, tested negative for felv and fiv and Microchipped. For more information please contact her foster mom: [email removed] IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS CAT PLEASE EMAIL [email removed] or [email removed] . Are you interested in one of the cats at ACCT? If so Great! First, decide if you are interested in fostering or adopting! To determine whether you should apply to foster versus adopt, please consider the following information: -To adopt a cat means to commit to being the primary caregiver for the cat and keep it in your possession, for yourself for the rest of its life. Adult cats are $50 to adopt, kittens (under 6 months old) are $75- that donation covers the vaccines, microchip, surgery, etc that the cat has received. - To foster a cat means to commit to temporarily caring for the cat while also working to find the dog a forever home/adopter. While fostering the cat remains ACCTs property, but the foster parent takes responsibility for marketing the cat, and doing a preliminary screening of any potential adopters. When an adopter is found, the foster parent must coordinate with the ACCT Life Saving office to approve the adopter and finalize the adoption. If the foster parent decides after time that they would like to keep the cat, they must complete the adoption process and pay the adoption fee. ** Fostering is not a trial adoption.** More about fostering: Although previous fostering experience is not required, ideal foster care provider will have basic knowledge of animal care and training and be committed to finding their foster animal a safe and loving forever home. As a foster care provider, you will provide the animals with care including, food, water, shelter, training, grooming and medical treatment when necessary. ACCT will provide clinic and vet care, behavior and training resources, and adoption counseling. We rely on the foster parent to find an adoptive home for the cat, but we can help! We provide adoption events for you attend, can post your foster cat on Petfinder for you, etc. We cannot guarantee how long a foster cat will be in your care, since you keep the cat until an adoptive home is found, which can be anywhere from 2 weeks to a few months depending on the cat, and how heavily you market it.
