Chihuahua in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania For Sale

I'm moving to apartment, over there they do not allow the animal. That's why I 'm looking the new house for her. She very smart, two years old she pure chihuahua and has American Canine Association paper + ID ( so you can bring her any where to travel ). She was 4 and1/2 lbs.
